Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mops are getting more powerful. They pass our tests on cleaning and can take care of a variety of flooring. Look for models that allow you to choose between several modes, utilize their charging docks to automatically empty, and clean up stairs.
Many of the best models are compatible with smartphones. Find an app that allows you to save schedules, maps and select cleaning modes.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations on the market. It uses lidar for navigation, creating maps of rooms and floors.
The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which includes flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and a carpet in the middle and a large area. It easily drove close to walls without colliding with them, and even managed to drive across raised room thresholds with no issue, though it occasionally struggled to get down the stairs in one step. The S1 also did an excellent job cleaning hard floors, with its mop driving smoothly on the flat side against the floor and then lifting itself when it was near carpet or rug.
Before each mopping session, the docking station on the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and refills the water tank onboard with clean filtered ozonated water. The dock also includes a cleaning solution in the water to ensure deep cleaning. The S1's water tank holds enough water for around 12 cleaning sessions before it needs to be emptied, though it will differ based on how often you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots, the S1 requires regular maintenance to keep it working well. In order to do this, you'll have to clean the water tank that is dirty regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to keep them from getting clogged by dust or dirt. However, click through the following website page , the S1 is easy to maintain, especially compared to other combos that require more hands-on maintenance.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is a powerful solution to your cleaning needs. The robot vacuum has 8,700Pa suction power and comes with a variety of innovative features including voice control and smart path scheduling that cleans furniture and avoids obstacles. The mopping capabilities of the robot are impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor as opposed to just dragging the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned and dried in the base station when needed.
The robot is simple to setup and use, and has a clear interface that walks you through the procedure. It also comes with a hand vacuum which can be used to clean those hard-to reach areas that the robot can't reach. There are two water tanks that are automatically emptied or filled. It comes with a variety of settings that can be used to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does excellent job of vacuuming, with strong suction that effortlessly picks up all kinds of debris, including the smaller pieces of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are solid as well, though it can sometimes get caught up on the tiny rug or area mats I have in my house (which is something you can control by defining a virtual boundary within the application). Its mopping capabilities are also excellent with a pair of spinning mop pads that lift and scrub the floor instead of moving the pad across it. The mops can be cleaned with hot water and dried in the base station whenever required. The mops can also be replenished at the top of the station if required.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their new flagship model has even more impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results, and it is easy to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the best robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush ensure that an efficient, custom-designed clean is accomplished.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, getting rid of both large and fine debris. It is equally effective on carpets and hard floors. It cleaned the dirtiest areas of our tests well while avoiding pet hairs and other dirt. The sweeping power of the machine is boosted by a sidebrush which automatically extends to get into areas that are difficult to reach and mop pads that extend along baseboards.
Its navigation is smart it can navigate tight spaces and negotiating stairs without skipping a beat. It can move from one room to another without having to reverse direction. This is a great feature for large homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than other models, however, and tends to leave a thick margin over obstacles, which can result in missed spots.
The app features a simple and intuitive interface that will be easy for both novice and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings, adjust suction power and mopping settings and view 3D and 2D maps, and more. It can be operated via the app, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri and allows you to monitor its progress from any location. You can also remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You will need a stable WiFi connection to use the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 Pro
Robot vacuums are great at picking up dirt and debris, but they're not able to get every bit of dust. It's important to vacuum regularly, once a week. This is especially important for dust that accumulates in corners, on shelves and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that both vacuums and mop, is designed to do just that. It's easy to connect it to your home WiFI network and also works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive models in the S-series from the company, including the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it's less expensive because it doesn't have mopping capabilities, and also has plastic body.
Although it's no longer able to mop floors, the Q5 still has some of the best mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot in this price range. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa, and an automatic empty system that means you don't have to empty the bin by hand each time. It also features a smart app that lets you set the type of floor and schedule cleanings. It also has an automatic water tank refill and wash system that allows hands-free operation.
Its mops are also awe-inspiring, with 2700Pa of power to tackle dust, dirt and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested did not show issues with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it could not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't surprising, since it does NOT have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is the quietest robotic vacuum we've ever tested. It also has a unique mapping system that allows it to reach corners and tight places that other vacuums can't. The K10 Plus also collects more dust in the larger bin, meaning that you don't have to empty it as often. It also has washable filters which can further cut costs. The robot is also able to detect carpets and boost the suction if needed. You can also mark areas you want to be able to keep from using the app.
